The Manitowoc Surgery Center is located on Memorial Drive, two miles north of Manitowoc or three miles south of Two Rivers.
Directions from I-43: Exit east on Hwy 42/Waldo Blvd. Proceed approximately 5 miles. At the lake, the road curves left and becomes Memorial Dr. Just before the United Way office, turn left on Spruce Dr., then right on Horseshoe Dr. Turn right into first driveway - this is the rear entrance of the surgery center.
